The Palestinian Ministry of Interior and national Security, reported on Sunday that drug dealers are using Palestinian children to transfer handbags filled with drugs from Egypt to the Palestinian side of Rafah.
The ministry stated that the children who were caught carrying the drug bags had no idea of what they were carrying with them.
“We will not have mercy on those murderers who are using the childrenâ€Â, a statement released by the ministry reads, “The detained children gave us full information on those who used them to conduct this inhuman actâ€Â.
The ministry also said that it will track those dealers down, and arrest them.
Also, the ministry called on the residents in Rafah to bar their children from reaching the borders in order not to be used by the dealers.
