The Al Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad, and the Al Aqsa brigades, the military wing of Fateh, reported that their fighters were able to uncover an Israeli under-cover army unit operating in Jenin refugee camp, in the West Bank city of Jenin.
A press release issued by the two groups revealed that the fighters managed to uncover the Special Forces as they were trying to enter the camp in an attempt to hunt down resistance fighters.
The fighters exchanged fire with the under-cover army unit; soldiers withdrew from the area.ÂÂ
