Israeli troops conducted pre-dawn raids in several West Bank towns on Monday, abducting 15 Palestinians and taking them to unknown destinations.
In Jerusalem, Israeli troops abducted 8 Palestinians, including 5 minors aged between 15 and 17 years old. The youth were identified as Ameer Darwish, Adam Mustafa, Hussam Eliyan, Moumen Hashim and Saleh Abu Assab. Also, two brothers, Omar and Nasser Ibrahim, were abducted by Israeli forces in Hebron, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society.
In Hebron, Israeli forces detained and abducted two Palestinians, identified as Adel Barakat Ghayth and Nasser Rabee Abu Sneina, 22.
And in neighboring Beit Ummar, two former political prisoners who had been released from Israeli prison previously were abducted by Israeli troops Monday morning. The two were identified as Mohammad Kamel Zaaqiq, 26, and Anwar Yousif Ekhdir Awad, 22.
In addition, Israeli soldiers abducted three minors from an area near Tulkarem, in the northern part of the West Bank: Suhaib Sami Jalad, 16, Diyaa Eyad Kamel Ahmad, 16, and Huthaifa Jihad Jalad, 17.
The pre-dawn raids are conducted by Israeli forces nightly in occupied Palestinian territories, and Israeli troops abduct Palestinian civilians for detention in military prisons.
