The Israeli army invaded on Wednesday the West Bank city of Jenin and its refugee camp.

Troops backed up with 70 military jeeps and 25 troop carriers invaded the city, local sources reported.

Soldiers broke into the residents’ houses forcing families out, and forced several residents to undress while searching them, eyewitnesses reported.

Also, soldiers barred students and workers from going to schools and facilities, and smashed doors of several shops.

One of the soldiers was seen throwing sound bomb at a truck loaded with gas barrels used for cooking, eyewitnesses added.

Several residents suffocated after inhaling gas fired by the army, and received medical aid.
