A Palestinian security source reported on Sunday evening, that Israel soldiers closed the Erez crossing which separates between Gaza and Israel.
 
The source stated that soldiers closed the crossing, barring entry and exit, for ‘security considerations” according a statement of an Israeli army spokesperson.
 
Earlier on Sunday Israel called on foreigners and reporters to leave the Gaza Strip.
 
Four residents were arrested earlier on Sunday after attempting to cross into Israel through the security fence installed northeast of the Gaza Strip.
 
The four were transferred to the Israeli security for interrogations.
 
In a separate incident, soldiers claimed uncovering an explosive device, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
 
According to army sources, 19 explosives were located and safely detonated since the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
