The Israeli army closed, on Thursday, Sofa and Karni Crossings, in the eastern part of the Gaza Strip, a Palestinian security source reported.
The Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security, reported that Israel closed Sofa crossing for what was described as “security reasons”.
Also the ministry added that the Israelis closed the Karni crossing also known as “Al Mintar”; no specific date was set for reopening it.
The Eretz Crossing, in the northern part of the Gaza strip, is functioning normally.
