Israeli army invaded Saturday at dawn, the West Bank village of Dir Al Ghsoun, north of the West Bank city of Tulkarem, and broke into a number of house, the Maan News Agency reported.
Soldiers invaded the southern neighborhood of the village and arrested Liwa’ Omar Saleh Zedan, 19, a freshman student at Al Quds Open University and an activist of the Islamic Bloc, affiliated with the Islamic Jihad movement
Liwa’ was transferred to an unknown destination.
The arrest is part of arrests raids Israel launched in the wake of Tulkarem bombing on Tuesday that killed one Israeli soldier three Palestinian civilians and injured others.
The Al Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad claimed the responsibility for the bombing.
