Israeli military bulldozers leveled a four-story building in Beit Hanina town, north of Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem municipality claims that the building was illegally constructed.
The Maan News Agency reported that soldiers attacked the owner of the buildings and arrested him after quarrelling with them.
The building is still under construction and includes 20 apartments; each apartment is 400 square meters.
