Israeli soldiers arrested, on Wednesday at dawn, one resident from Kafr Jamal village, south of the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, reported that soldiers broke into a house which belong to Touba Family, and arrested Mohannad Abdul-Qader Touba, 17, and took him to an unknown destination.
Also, soldiers installed several roadblocks on several roads in Tulkarem area, and restricted the movement of the residents.
