The Palestinian community of Norway issued a statement today condemning the caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed in a Danish newspaper last week, and saying that the cartoons do not reflect the sentiments of Norwegians.
Norway has been among the more outspoken critics of Israeli policies, and many people in Norway have reiterated a pledge to boycott Israeli products as long as the illegal occupation of Palestinian land continues.
