Israeli army troops stationed in the old city of Hebron, in the West Bank, arrested on Tuesday afternoon, one Palestinian child while he was on his way back home from school.
Soldiers claimed that Hamza AL Fakhori, 14, carried a knife and intended to stab an Israeli soldier.
