Israeli army forces imposed a siege on Bardalah and Ein Al Biada villages, near the West Bank city of Tubas, and army bulldozers started to destroy farm buildings and animal stables there on Thursday afternoon.
The losses of the farmers are being estimated at more than 50,000 NIS, farmers in the villages reported. The Israeli military gave no explanation for the demolitions.
Also three military vehicles stormed the city, but no arrests were made, local sources reported.
