An explosion in the Tel Al-Howa neighborhood of
Abu Daf, allegedly a member of LaQassam brigade, the armed wing of Hamas, was immediately killed in the blast. The other man is undergoing treatment at Al-Quds Hospital in Tel Al-Howa.
