Israeli army troops invaded the village of Selwad east of the West Bank city of Ramallah and arrested one resident there, on Saturday at dawn.
Maher Hamad, 33, was arrested when soldiers stormed his home and searched it. The Israeli army claimed that they have been looking for Hamad for several months after putting him on their ‘wanted list’.
Hamad who is married and has two kids, works in the Palestinian authority civil affairs department.
