The Israeli Salem military court sentenced on Tuesday Bilal Swelim, member of the municipality city council, to thirteen months imprisonment.
Swelim was arrested last month after the soldiers broke into his house and searched it.
Also, the court transferred Sheikh Riyadh Walweel to administrative detention for six months.
Walweeel was arrested with Swelim; he is a member of Qalqilia Rehabilitation Society.
