The Israeli army invaded the village of Kafer Lobbadeast of the West Bank city of Tulkarem Friday at dawn.
Troops entered the village and attempted to arrest Yousif Barhash after surrounding his home, local sources reported.
Barhash, a Fatah activist, was not home at the time so troops searched and ransacked the house.
No other arrests were made in the village, eyewitnesses reported.
