Sunday at night, Five Palestinian residents were injured on Yafa Street in the Al Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City after the Israeli fighter-jets fired missiles at a Palestinian vehicle.

 

Eyewitnesses in Gaza reported that the targeted vehicle carried resistance fighters. The fighters managed to escape before the missiles hit their vehicles, while three civilians walking in the street were injured.

The injured residents were reported as a husband, his wife and an elderly man.

In a separate incident, an Israeli warplane fired a missile at a vehicle in the same street, injuring at least two residents.

Local sources reported the targeted vehicles carried fighters of the Al Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas.  The fighters managed to escape unharmed.
