The Israeli army invaded the villages of Beit Ola and Kharssa, near the West Bank city of Hebron, and took six residents as prisoners on Saturday at dawn.

Troops invaded the two villages, conducting a wide scale search campaign, before taking Mohamed Isma’el, 23, Khaled Farash, 16, and a third person, whose name remains unknown, from Beit Ola village as prisoners.

Meanwhile in Kharssa village, troops stormed residents houses late Friday night and took Ahmad Eqdimat, 20 Jihad Ali, 23, and Abd Al Ghafar Eqdimat, as prisoners.

Local sources reported that troops ransacked and damaged residents’ belongings and houses in the searches they carried out in both villages.
