Palestinian vehicles were targeted by Israeli soldiers Monday as they tried to enter the West Bank town of Arrabah. Soldiers fired at vehicles coming from the West Bank town of Ya’abad and the nearby city of Jenin and other Palestinian villages, according to eyewitnesses, who also stated that five Israeli patrols fired rounds into the air as they entered Arrabah. Three soldiers were left behind to man the checkpoint at the entrance.
