A massive demonstration was organized Wednesday morning in the West Bank city of Hebron against the Pope’s comments on Islam and its Prophet Mohammad and the Israeli army moved to stop the demonstration.
Demonstrators started from the city center and walked to the Abraham Mosque located in the old city of Hebron, but soldiers stopped demonstrators from entering the mosque and intensified its presence around it.
