Mohammad Shahine, 50, from Al ‘Azaria south of Jerusalem was denied entry to Jerusalem by Israeli troops Wednesday morning.
Shahine, a cancer patient, was going to Jerusalem for surgery as part of his cancer treatment. He applied for a permit to go to Jerusalem for the treatment, but the permit was denied.
