A group of right wing Israeli settlers attacked a mosque in the village of Halhol, north of Hebron city, southern Wet Bank on Thursday.

Al Nabi Mossa mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Hebron area, the settlers went inside, ransacked it, then said prayers. All of this was done under the protection of the Israeli army, which surrounded and closed the mosque area and did not allow residents to come near it, even for their morning prayers.

This is not the first time that settlers illegally living in Hebron attack Palestinian holy sites or residents property under the protection of the Israeli army.
