Israeli soldiers, supported by armored vehicles and jeeps, invaded on
Friday at night, Al Fakhary area east of Khan Younis, in the southern
part of the Gaza Strip and took twenty residents prisoner, Palestinian
local and security sources reported.
Soldiers closed the area and conducted military searches of homes before taking the fifteen residents to unknown destinations.
On Friday at dawn, soldiers backed by at least fifteen armoured vehicles, invaded the area and broke into dozens of homes.
Also, soldiers bulldozed farmlands and hothouses in the area; dozens of trees and plants were uprooted, local sources reported.
Two weeks ago, troops invaded the same area and took prisoner at least twenty residents. Soldiers searched dozens of homes and destroyed their properties during the attack.
