The Israeli army invaded the village of AL Khader, south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem and took two residents prisoner on Wednesday morning.

Army jeeps and troops entered the old area of the village near the church and attacked homes near Highway 60, an illegal settlers only road that connects the nearby illegal settlements with Jerusalem.

Soldiers searched and ransacked houses and took Mohamed Ghanam, 24, and Maher Salah, 26, to unknown locations, eyewitnesses reported.
