The Israeli army invaded the village of Al Yamon, near the West Bank
city of Jenin, on Thursday morning, local sources reported.
More than 10 army vehicles stormed the village with troops who ransacking resident houses whilst conducted a wide scale search campaign.
The Quds brigade, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, and Aqsa Brigades, the armed wing of Fatah, both claimed responsibility for detonating a road side bomb near the army convoy, whilst they were leaving the village.
In a joint press release by the two brigades they stated that they directly hit an army vehicle, damaging it, and vowed to continue their resistance.
