The Israeli army detained scores of Palestinian civilians in the rain, on Saturday morning, near the West Bank city of Tubas.
Residents reported that soldiers stationed at the Israeli military checkpoint of Tayasser near Tubass forced residents to stand in the rain while they stopped vehicles and searched them. Sscores of residents are still stood, as the rain pours down, eyewitnesses reported.
