Friday evening, Israeli troops took prisoner one fighter of the Al Aqsa
Brigades, the armed wing of Fateh movement, after he was shot and
injured by the army in Ramallah city, in the norther part of the West
Bank, Palestinian sources reported.

Local sources said that soldiers abducted Khaled Al Jayyousi, 28, after injuring him with a round of live ammunition in his shoulder.

Al Jayyousi was shot and injured after the army surrounded a house  in Qalandia refugee camp, south of Ramallah, where al Jayyousi was hiding.

The invasion was carried out by several armoured vehicles, and under-cover forces of the Israeli army; Al Jayyousi is from Jayyous town, near the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem.

Jayyousi was had been wanted to the Israeli security since several years, local sources reported.
