Israeli forces invaded the town of Huwwara, south of the West Bank city of Nablus, and forced a curfew on the village on Wednesday morning, barring the residents from leaving their homes.

Troops also surrounded the town's schools and did not allow the students to go home, attacked several residents who were in the streets and chased them with sound bombs and tear gas, eyewitnesses reported.
