One more patient died this morning bringing the number of deaths in the Gaza strip due to the year long Israeli siege to 219, medical sources reported.
Maher Al Mabhuh, 43, from Jabalia refugee camp north of the strip was announced dead due to kidney cancer, as he was not allowed to leave the Gaza strip to get the needed medical treatment.
The deceased man's family reported that they tried to transport him to get medical treatment in Egypt but they failed twice due to the closure of Rafah crossing. Hundreds of patient's lives are threatened by the lack of mediacl supplies in the strip because of the imposed siege.
