Five Palestinian civilians were detained on Thursday by Israeli troops during an invasion targeting Hebron, southern West Bank.
Troops stormed and searched residents’ homes in the old part of Hebron and nearby neighborhoods, local sources reported.
Troops left by early morning hours after the rounded up five men and took them away, local sources added.
This week the Israeli military detained 19 Palestinian civilians during invasions targeting West Bank communities. Among those detained were seven children, the Palestinian Center for Human rights reported.
