A group of Jewish settlers torched on Monday evening farmlands the belong to residents of Jet village near the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia. The settlers also attacked several residents while the Israeli army did not attempt to intervene, local sources reported.
The sources added that the settlers came from Gavon illegal outpost installed on village lands, located between Qalqilia and Nablus.
The attack place shortly after the army confiscated tractors and farm equipment from the residents.
The torched farmlands are nearly five square Dunams (one Dunam is 0.247 Acres).
