Israeli soldiers invaded on Sunday morning the Al Farsiyya area in the northern plains area of the Jordan Valley, and handed orders informing the residents that the army intends to demolish homes and structures. The Al Farsiyya is inhibited by some 240 Palestinian shepherds and Bedouins. Less than a month ago, the army demolished a number of homes in the village.
Eyewitnesses reported that the homes and structures Israel intends to demolish belong to members of Al Daraghma and Al Makhamra families; the structures and the lands are owned by the families, and officially registered to them.
The residents were only given 24 hours to leave the structures although they have a pending case at an Israeli court.
The village is only 20 kilometers away from Tubas and its lands extend to the Jordan River in the east.
