The Body Of Jordanian Extremist, Killed In Gaza, Transferred To Jordan

On Friday morning, the Palestinian District Coordination Office transferred to the Jordanian side the body of Abdul-Rahman Al Breizat, one of the extremists involved in the abduction and murder of Italian peace activist, Vittorio Arrigoni.The body of Al Breizat was moved to Jordan via the Beit Hanoun (Erez) terminal after coordination was conducted with the Jordanian foreign ministry.

The Interior Ministry in Gaza, stated last Tuesday that two of three suspects were killed during clashes with the Palestinian police and security forces.

They barricaded themselves in a home in An-Nusseirat refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.

The Ministry said that the Al Breizat and Bilal Al Omary were killed during the clashes, while Mohammad Al Sarfeety shot himself and died.

Three security officers were moderately wounded while breaking into the home were Arrigoni was murdered.
