A 35 year old Palestinian man, Essam Kamal Badran, has been shot dead, on Friday, by the Israeli military in the village of Qusra, near Nablus.It has been reported that Badran was shot in the neck following clashes between Palestinian residents of Qusra and settlers.
According to Associated Press reporters the incident following an attack by upwards of 200 settlers who attacked the village and destroyed olive trees belonging to the villagers.
In related news, the Palestinian Authority new service, WAFA, reported that residents of the illegal settlement of Yitzhar attacked olive orchards belonging to residents of the village of Madama, also in the Nablus district.
The attack resulted in the uprooting and destruction of 60 olive trees.

Reuters are reporting that a 35 year old Palestinian man has been shot dead, on Friday, in the West Bank village of Qusra near Nablus.
The shooting occured during a clash between residents of the village and settlers, killing Essam Kamal Badran.
