The Israeli Police and Internal Security Agents kidnapped seven Palestinian youth, including three children, under the suspicion that they had hurled stones and Molotov cocktails at Israeli Military and civilians vehicles.According to a report by Israel’s paper, Haaretz, the Shabak (Israel’s Internal Security Agency) said that the youth are not part of any Palestinian organization, and that they were acting on their own. They were arrested last week; their alleged ‘leader’ is 17-years-old.
The youth are believed to have hurled stones and Molotov cocktails several times at a number of Israeli vehicles, army patrols, and at a Jewish Religious school, Beit Orot, located on the Mount of Olives.
They are also believed to have spilled oil in certain streets to obstruct traffic. They are from Al-Tour neighbourhood in occupied East Jerusalem.
