PNN has reported that Australia has offered the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) 90 million dollars to help cover costs of the services provided for Palestinian refugees. It has been reported that Australian foreign minister, Bob Carr signed an agreement with UNRWA Head, Filippo Grandi, that included $90 million to support Palestinian refugees throughout the Middle East.
The money will be used to fund the cost of hiring teachers and doctors in Palestinian refugee camps throughout the Middle East, including Jordan and Lebanon.
