Palestinian Cab Driver Who Rammed Israeli Soldiers Turns Himself In

Israeli sources reported that a Palestinian Cab driver, who accidentally rammed four Israeli soldiers near an Israeli settlement, south of Bethlehem, handed himself in to the Israeli Police.The Accident took place, Tuesday, near the Neve Daniel illegal Israeli settlement, south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.

The cabby handed himself in to the Israeli Police on Thursday. The Palestinian Taxi driver was identified as Jaber Adnan, 52.

He said that he rammed the soldiers by accident, but drove away as he was terrified and shocked, especially since he feared Israel will consider it a deliberate attack against its soldiers.

The Maan News Agency reported that the Israeli Police accepted the confession of the driver, and released him pending further investigation.

The Police will continue to investigate the issues before it makes its final conclusion.
