Israeli settlers invaded, on Wednesday evening, the Burin village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and attacked several residents returning home from their olive orchards. Two youths injured by army fire.The Palestine News Network (PNN) reported that the settlers hurled stones at the residents, and that dozens of youths responded by throwing stones at the settlers.
Later on, the army arrived in the area and opened fire at the residents leading to two injuries.
Local sources reported the army also invaded the village and fired rounds of live ammunition and gas bombs.
In related news, Israeli sources reported that the army suspects that Israeli settlers hurled stones at a vehicle of an Israeli military commander near the Kodesh illegal settlement, near Nablus.
