[Friday at night October 25 2013] Dozens of Israeli soldiers invaded Ya’bod village, southwest of Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, leading to clashes with local youths.Local sources have reported that several Israeli military jeeps invaded the neighborhoods of Abu Shamla, As-Salma, Al-Karajat and Al-Malloul.
Soldiers also installed roadblocks in the village, stopped and searched dozens of vehicles, and interrogated several residents.
Local youths hurled stones and empty bottles at the invading soldiers who fired rubber-coated metal bullets and gas bombs at them.
Several residents were injured, and received treatment by local medics; no arrests have been reported.
