Israeli military sources have reported that a military vehicle uncovered an explosive charge near an Israeli military base, in the central West Bank district of Ramallah.

The sources said that the charge was located close to the military base in Ras Karkar area. Soldiers called army explosives engineers who arrived at the scene and defused the explosive charge.

The army then initiated a search campaign in the area after invading various Palestinian communities, breaking into and searching homes.

On Monday at dawn, the army kidnapped thirteen Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank, including in occupied Jerusalem.

An Israeli military spokesperson said all kidnapped Palestinians were moved to a number of interrogation facilities.

On Sunday evening two Palestinians were Injured, one Kidnapped during an Israeli army invasions targeting Silwan area in East Jerusalem.

The sources said that local youths hurled stones and empty bottles at the invading soldiers. Local sources said that a young Palestinian woman and a young man were injured close to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Furthermore, a bird shop owned by a Palestinian resident was partially burned in the area due to concussion grenades and gas bombs fired by the soldiers.
