Israeli soldiers kidnapped, Tuesday, at least ten Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank after the army invaded various communities, broke into dozens of homes and searched them, causing property damage.Local sources in Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, said several military vehicles invaded the town of ath-Thaheriyya, south of the city, and kidnapped Ansar Ibrahim Shahin, 28, Khalil Wreidat, 38, and Mo’taz Kamer Wreidat, 28 years of age.
Soldiers also invaded various neighborhoods in the town, in addition to Hebron city, and Ethna town, and installed roadblocks on the main entrances of Sa’ir and Halhoul, and the northern entrance of Hebron city.
In Bethlehem, army vehicles invaded Artas town, south of the city, and kidnapped ‘Adnan Ali Da’amsa, 53, and Ali Mohammad Da’amsa, 28 years of age; both were taken prisoner from their homes after the soldiers stormed them and violently searched them.
In the northern West Bank district of Jenin, soldiers invaded the villages and towns of Ya’bad, Qabatia, Sanour and al-‘Arqa, stormed homes, and kidnapped five Palestinians.
The five have been identified as Abdul-Jabbar ‘Eqad Nf’eiat, Mahdi Maher Zakarna, 21, his brother Ahmad, 19, Nasser Abdul-Hadi Habayba, 37, and Sa’ad Hani Jarrar, 28,
In Sanour town, southwest of Jenin, soldiers invaded the home of Safi Mohammad Abu Ali, and also stormed the home of Ibrahim Shafeeq Waled, and searched the properties while interrogating the families.
In addition, a number of military vehicles invaded Qusra village, near Jenin, stormed and searched several homes, leading to clashes with dozens of local youths.
On Monday, the Salem Israeli Military Court sentenced a university student, identified as Osama Qabaha, 22 years of age, to a ten-month imprisonment, and a 3000 New Israeli Shekels fine.
His family said their son, a student of the Arab American University in Jenin, was kidnapped on May 28 2014.
He remained held without trial in a number of Israeli detention centers before he was moved to the Majeddo Israeli prison.
