Israeli forces have abducted 35 Palestinians in several parts of the West Bank over the last two days, including many former political prisoners.

A statement by the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) and the Palestinian Commission for Prisoners and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs revealed that the abductions took place in various governorates throughout the West Bank.

They added that the army invaded and ransacked dozens of homes across the occupied West Bank and assaulted many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards in their homes and at the various military roadblocks across the occupied West Bank.

They also said that the soldiers did not only assault the abducted Palestinians, but also the families of the abductees, and added that the soldiers also caused significant damage to homes, cars, and other property.

The Israeli attacks also included the demolition of homes and the massive destruction of infrastructure, public, and private property.

The statement also said that these violations are part of Israel’s systematic violations against the Palestinians and their property and added that these violations have witnessed a serious increase since October 7, 2023.
