On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers invaded the Ein Al-Sultan refugee camp, north of Jericho in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank and abducted a young man. The soldiers also rammed and injured a young woman in Jenin, in the northern West Bank.
Media sources said dozens of soldiers invaded the refugee camp before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes.
They added that the soldiers abducted a young man, Nayef Abu Dahouk, and took him to an unknown destination.
Earlier Thursday, the soldiers assaulted a father, Adli Rayyes, and his son, Hashem, causing various wounds before Palestinian medics moved them to Jericho governmental hospital.
In related news, an Israeli military jeep rammed a young Palestinian woman in Ya’bad town, southwest of Jenin in the northern West Bank.
Medical sources said the woman was rushed to the Jenin governmental hospital suffering fractures and bruises.
In Salfit, in the central West Bank, the soldiers invaded Deir Ballout town, west of the city, and confiscated a telecommunications car during repair and maintenance work in the town.
On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded various parts of the occupied West Bank, searched, and ransacked homes, and abducted at least 26 Palestinians, including two young women.
The Palestinian Detainees Committee has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted more than 40 Palestinians Thursday in several parts of the West Bank, mainly in Nablus, followed by Ramallah, Bethlehem, Jericho, Hebron, and Jerusalem.
It added that the soldiers assaulted and injured many Palestinians during the invasion and abductions and demolished two homes of detainees Mohammad and Ahmad Zeidat in Bani Naim town near Hebron; both were abducted in January.
The Committee stated that the Israeli army abducted more than 8.310 Palestinians, including women and children, since October 7, 2023.
