Earlier Thursday, the Israeli army intensified the bombing of various parts of the devastated Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, especially in Gaza City and central Gaza Strip.

The army fired many missiles and artillery shells at the southern southeastern and southwestern areas of Gaza City, especially in Sheikh Ejleen, Tal Al-Hawa, and Zeitoun, in addition to the Shati refugee camp, causing many casualties.

In central Gaza, shortly after the army withdrew from the areas, north of Nusseirat, Palestinian medics and Civil Defense teams located the corpses of many Palestinians, including women and children, under the rubble of bombarded homes.

Medical sources said the medics and rescue teams are still looking as many Palestinians remain under the rubble.

Also, many Palestinians were injured when the army bombarded Al-Mighraqa in central Gaza.

Furthermore, an Israeli army sharpshooter killed a Palestinian, Ahmad Odah Abu Mogheisib, in Deir Al-Balah.

The Palestinians in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp, in central Gaza, had to bury dozens of slain Palestinians in mass graves due to continued Israeli army siege.

In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, the medics and rescue teams found the corpses of at least eleven Palestinians in several parts of the city.

In Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost area, the medics found the corpses of eight Palestinians, including five children and two women, all from the Ayyad family, after the army bombarded the Salam neighborhood, south of the city.

Besides the slain father and mother, the children have been identified as Bashir Ayyad, 15, Yahia, 13, Jenna, 8, Zein, 6, and Zaki, 3. The family was displaced ten times since October 7.

Casualties were also reported after the army fired missiles at a home for the Shaat family in the Yibna refugee camp, in Rafah.

UNICEF has confirmed that Israel has killed at least 14.000 Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023

Israel has now killed at least 33.889 Palestinians, including about 14.00 children, and injured more than 76.664, mostly women and children, in addition to the thousands of Palestinians who remain under the rubble, in alleys, and on streets in various parts of the destroyed coastal enclave.
