Earlier on Tuesday, Israeli soldiers abducted at least fifteen Palestinians, including siblings, and assaulted many in their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
In the Qalandia refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted three Palestinians and attacked their families.
Local sources said several military vehicles invaded the refugee camp before the soldiers stormed and ransacked the home of Abdul-Karim Shehada, assaulting him and causing cuts and bruises before abducting his son, Aser.
The sources added that the soldiers abducted another young man, Hasan Khatib, after assaulting him and his family while ransacking their home.
Also in Qalandia refugee camp, the soldiers stormed and violently searched the home of a former political prisoner, Abdul-Rahman Hammad, before abducting him.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, the army invaded the Al-Am’ari refugee camp, south of the city, searched homes, and abducted a young man, Nour Al-Hindi.
The soldiers also abducted a young man, Mohammad Raed Shreiteh, from his home in the Al-Mazra’a Al-Qibliya village, northwest of Ramallah.
In Salfit, in the central West Bank, the soldiers invaded the city, searched homes, and abducted two young men, Karam Omar Al-Masri and Ramez Marayta.
In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded the Al-‘Ein refugee camp, west of the city, searched homes, causing damage, and abducted a young man, Habib ‘Ar’arawi.
In Qalqilia, in the northwestern West Bank, the soldiers abducted two siblings, Ashraf and Mothanna Silmi, from their homes in the city.
The soldiers invaded various neighborhoods in Qalqilia, stormed and searched several homes, and installed roadblocks, in addition to invading Azzoun town, east of the city.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the refugee camps of Aqabat Jaber and Ein Al-Sultan in Jericho in the northeastern West Bank, searched homes, and assaulted many Palestinians while interrogating them and inspecting their ID cards.
In related news, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers began leveling Palestinian lands to prepare for paving a new street on the st0len lands in Al-‘Minya village, east of Bethlehem, detained and assaulting three Palestinians, causing cuts and bruises.
It is worth mentioning that many Palestinians were treated for the severe effects of tear gas inhalation after the army invaded the Al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, and fired gas bombs and concussion grenades at homes and vehicles.
The Palestinian Commission of Detainees and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society confirmed in a joint statement that the soldiers have abducted at least fifteen Palestinians across the occupied West Bank.
They added that the soldiers caused excessive damage to the citizens’ homes during the violent searches, in addition to assaulting and wounding many.
It is worth mentioning that Israeli soldiers have abducted more than 11,000 Palestinians from the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, since October 7, 2023.
