Shortly after midnight, a group of fanatic illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers invaded the village of Harmala, southeast of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, and assaulted Palestinian residents, injuring two.
According to local media sources, the colonizers drove through the village and hurled stones at a Palestinian vehicle before attacking residents with knives. Two Palestinians sustained wounds during the assault.
Palestinian medics rushed to the area and transferred the injured residents to a hospital in Bethlehem, where their wounds were described as stable.
Residents of Harmala told reporters that colonizer attacks have intensified in recent weeks, particularly in rural areas east and southeast of Bethlehem, where colonizers have been attempting to expand outposts and restrict Palestinian movement.
On the same day, Israeli colonizers carried out a series of coordinated attacks on Palestinian civilians and property across the southern Hebron area, Ramallah district, and Nablus region, injuring residents, damaging vehicles, stealing livestock, and attempting to invade homes under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
Human rights groups have repeatedly warned that these coordinated assaults—often carried out under the protection of Israeli occupation forces—aim to pressure Palestinian communities to abandon their lands.
