Israeli soldiers abducted, overnight until morning hours Monday, nine Palestinians, in occupied East Jerusalem,  including the secretary of Fateh movement and the head of the Jerusalem office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS).

The PPS said the soldiers invaded and searched many homes in the Old City, and abducted Fateh secretary Nasser Qous, in addition to Nasser Salama, Emad Shalloudi and Haitham Hijazi.

In added that the soldiers also invaded and searched homes in the at-Thouri neighborhood in Silwan town, and abducted Ayman Resheq.

On Sunday at night, undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated into the al-‘Isawiya town, before abducting Mahmoud Abu Sneina and Mo’men Bassel.

The soldiers also invaded Hizma town, northeast of Jerusalem, and abducted two young men, who remained unidentified at the time of this report, on suspicion of hurling stones at a colonialist settler’s car.
