Israeli soldiers abducted, Friday, three Palestinians in Ya’bad town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and injured several residents in the al-‘Arqa village, west of the city.
Media sources said several army jeeps invaded Ya’bad, before abducting three young men, identified as Ahmad Yousef Abu Bakr, Samih Nasr Abu Bakr, and Roshdi Jawad Jarrah, all in their twenties.
They added that the three Palestinians were taken to the nearby Dotan military base, which was built on stolen Palestinian lands near Jenin.
In related news, the soldiers invaded the al-‘Arqa village, leading to protests, before firing live rounds and gas bombs, causing many residents to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Many army jeeps were also deployed around Ya’bad and the al-Jalama village and the army closed many roads.
