Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank on Saturday, storming the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah and launching simultaneous operations in Tulkarem, Jenin and Qalqilia.
Soldiers broke into and ransacked many homes, abducted Palestinians, deployed reinforcements, and used surveillance drones as confrontations spread in several towns.
In Ramallah in the central West Bank, troops invaded the Palestine Medical Complex during a broader military operation targeting several neighborhoods.
Military vehicles were positioned at multiple entrances to the hospital, including directly in front of the Emergency Department, while soldiers searched the surrounding area.
In a separate incident, forces invaded the village of al‑Mughayyer northeast of Ramallah, broke into a home, and assaulted residents during the invasion.
The soldiers also invaded the Al‑Am’ari refugee camp in the city of Al‑Biereh and fired gas bombs and concussion grenades, wounding a young man after striking him with a concussion grenade.
Before dawn, Israeli forces invaded the Shweika area north of Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank, broke into several homes, and abducted two young men, Samara al‑Abbas and Mohammad Rifat al‑Abbas, after ransacking their property.
The district has experienced repeated invasions in recent days, including the installation of military roadblocks and intensified searches.
In Meithalun south of Jenin in the northern West Bank, undercover Israeli units surrounded a home before additional reinforcements arrived.
Soldiers deployed surveillance drones over the town, broke into the property, and abducted three young men: Yasser Arafat Noeirat, Muhannad Bilal Noeirat, and Zaid Imad Rib’ey. The Jenin district continues to face near‑daily invasions, including recent operations in Jaba’, Sanur, and Silat al‑Harithiya.
The soldiers also invaded the town of Beita south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, stormed and ransacked several homes, and detained numerous young men, assaulting them while interrogating them in the streets and inside the homes.
In Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city from its eastern entrance, broke into numerous homes, particularly in the Joeidi, Nazzal, and Naqqar neighborhoods, and abducted four residents.
Those taken were identified as Mahmoud al‑Walweel, the secretary of the Fateh movement’s Qalqilia branch; regional committee member Mohammad Nazzal; as well as Mahmoud Abu Libda and a teenage boy, Yamen Ziyad Daoud.
Meanwhile, protests erupted in Jaba’ town south of Jenin in the northern West Bank after many military vehicles invaded the area and closed several streets. Soldiers fired live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades as confrontations intensified.
