Earlier Thursday, Israeli occupation forces launched coordinated invasions across multiple areas of the occupied West Bank, targeting cities, refugee camps, and residential neighborhoods, abducting and detaining dozens of Palestinians, including a former political prisoner, and causing widespread disruption to civilian life.

Troops stormed homes, obstructed movement, and deployed heavily across Qalqilia, Kafr Thulth, Kafr Aqab, Qalandia, Hebron, Bethlehem, and several others.

Israeli occupation forces invaded the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, abducting a young man and detaining more than twenty others during a parallel invasion of the nearby town of Kafr Thulth, south of the city.

Media sources stated that Israeli troops stormed Qalqilia from its southern entrance, deployed across the Old City, and invaded the home of Baha’ Qashmar, and added that Baha’ was abducted after soldiers vandalized the property and caused extensive damage.

In Kafr Thulth, Israeli forces spread through the main street and obstructed civilian movement.

Troops broke into several homes belonging to the Mara’ba, Shawahna, and Odah families, detaining more than twenty young men for field interrogations before releasing them a few hours later.

Additionally, the army invaded Qalandia refugee camp and the town of Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem, abducting two Palestinian men, one of them a former political prisoner.

Local sources reported that troops invaded the home of Mohammad Raed Mteir and abducted him after vandalizing the property.

In a parallel invasion, Israeli forces stormed the home of former political prisoner Murad Al-Ajlouni in Kafr Aqab and abducted him.

Protests erupted following the invasions, during which Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition and toxic tear gas. No injuries were reported.

In the Bethlehem governorate, south of Jerusalem, Israeli forces conducted wide-scale invasions across multiple areas.

Media sources reported that troops advanced into Bethlehem city and extended their assaults westward to Doha and Beit Jala, eastward to Beit Sahour, and southward to Al-Khader, the Deheishe refugee camp, and the village of Artas.

The invasions also reached Aida and Al-Azza refugee camps in the north, as well as Jabal al-Mawaleh, Hindaza, Rakhma, Harmala, and Rafidia in the eastern area.

These incursions were accompanied by heavy deployment of Israeli patrols, though no abductions were reported during the Bethlehem operations.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Beit Ummar town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and conducted extensive searches of several homes and the Local Town Council building.

In addition, the army invaded the Al-Mughayyir, Kafr Ni’ma and Beit Rima near Ramallah in the central West Bank, storming homes, and agricultural properties.

The soldiers abducted two Palestinian men from the village of Al-Mughayyir, stormed and ransacked many homes in Beit Rima and Kafr Ni’ma, west of Ramallah.

During the invasions, troops stormed the homes of Ashraf Rahimi and Raji Huda Al-Asmar in Beit Rima, firing tear gas inside one of the residences and vandalizing several properties belonging to the Asmar family. In Kafr Ni’ma, soldiers invaded and ransacked the homes of brothers Nabil and Nazih Dheeb Abu ‘Adi.

In addition, media sources said two Palestinians, Muath Rasmi Abu Alia (33) and Awad Shawqi Abu Alia (25), both from Al-Mughayyir, were abducted at a military roadblock the soldiers set up near a junction west of Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank.

The incursions come amid ongoing military operations in the area, following reports by Israeli army radio of two “improvised rockets” allegedly found near Kafr Ni’ma, a development the broadcaster described as “exceptional.”

In parallel with the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, Israeli occupation forces and illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers have escalated their assaults across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

These attacks have resulted in the killing of at least 1,042 Palestinians, including 22 children, 17 women, 2 medics and one journalist, in addition to 7,000 injuries, and the abduction of more than 18,500 individuals since October 7, 2023.

70 of the slain Palestinians were killed in Jenin, 37 in Nablus, 27 in Tubas, 17 in Tulkarem, 16 in Hebron, 14 in Ramallah, 9 in Bethlehem, 6 in Qalqilia, 7 in Jerusalem, 3 in Salfit and 1 in Jericho.

Among the slain Palestinians are 207, including 39 children and six women, who were killed across the occupied West Bank, since the beginning of this year.
